Last year we had Learners enrol from the Hospital School, Seva, Finham Park and Whitley Academy. Using the RSL Vocational syllabus (Rock School), we had success with our 2019/2020 learners receiving overall distinctions and certification, which was achieved both onsite at the Tin Music and Arts and online during the spring and summer terms.

If you would like be part of this exciting opportunity or know someone who would, or you are a school who would like to sign your students up, please get in touch as spaces are limited. Contact mark.patton@coventry.gov.uk

In short, it is a 33-week course which focuses on musical knowledge, recording (using on site recording studio) and performance, with learners organising and performing their own gig in their cohort band. If learners sign up in October, then they will be able to receive a full RSL Level 1 Extended Certificate for Music Practitioners (Performing) at the end of the course.
