Electric Umbrella are live on Facebook four times a day with sing/sign-alongs, an inclusive choir,  a live breakfast show and a bedtime story 


English Touring Opera

English Touring Opera are warmly inviting families with a child/children with disabilities and their siblings to join them for weekly live online music workshops at 11am on Wednesdays.

The whole family is invited to get involved in creative play exploring rhythm, sound and song. Children with ASD and PMLD are welcome.

These inclusive workshops are led by an Associate Artist in Learning & Participation, Bradley Travis, who has extensive experience creating and leading workshops for children with SEND (special educational needs and disabilities).

English Touring Opera understand the importance of education and broad experiences for every child, and want to reach out to people in their homes at this challenging time to make music and have fun!




Some great free resources from Makatron. A unique language programme that uses symbols, signs and speech to enable people to communicate. It supports the development of essential communication skills such as attention and listening, comprehension, memory, recall and organisation of language and expression.

 A series of short videos for music students from OOTS principal players. A lovely playlist put together by Principal Flute Diane Clark of songs for those living with #dementia. Whether you're living on your own, in sheltered accommodation or in a Care Home thiese videos are designed to get you singing along and tapping your feet to lift your mood!

From the Soundabout Team there are 4 regular online offers:

Themed 'Hello Songs' every weekday morning at 9:30 live on Facebook.

'Soundabout Live' - 40min Themed Multi- Sensory music making sessions every Tuesday and Saturday at 2pm live on Facebook

'Little Soundabout' - Music session is aimed at 0-5 year olds with SEN. Every Monday at 2pm. Live on YouTube. - link coming soon

'Soundabout Life' - Music Session aimed  at 18-26 year olds with SEN. Every Thursday at 11am. Live on YouTube.

A link to a range of SEND resources across all areas of the curriculum. They offer a variety of different types of SEND resources for special needs children and are suitable for special needs and mainstream schools. Some of the needs that they produce resources for include autism, dysgraphia, dyscalculia and ADHD.
