Coventry's Centre for Creative Music Making
SoundLab is a Centre for Creative Music Making with our first centre opening in Coventry in partnership with Positive Youth Foundation, Coventry Music and Coventry City Council. The vision is to create a space for young people to be creative in their music making, open to all, seeking diversity in: musical genre; pathway to music; instruments; vocal styles and culture. Removing the barriers to enable all who wish to engage the opportunity to do so.SoundLab-Cov is for 10-16 year olds who have a range of musical interests and styles including spoken word, dance, electronic, jazz, classical, and more.
It is open to young people who play an instrument, create digital beats/music and those who sing, rap or create spoken word.
