Godiva Calling Under 18's Applications Open

If you are a band or singer under 18 and would like the opportunity to perform at the Tin Music and Arts, with the winner performing live at the Godiva festival then contact us now to register your interest.

Both Bands and individual artists are welcome to enter. 

The heats will be held on Thursday 2nd May at 6:30pm at the Tin Music and Arts.

The over-all winners will get to perform on the main stage at Godiva Festival in July

Requirements for applicants are:

• All songs performed are to be original. NO cover songs are permitted and will result in disqualification
• All performers, including musicians backing solo artists, must have been under the age of 18 at 31st August 2023. Performers turning 18 in the 2023/24 academic year (equivalent to year 13) are permitted to enter the competition.
• All band/group members to hold a CV post code 
• The overall winner of the heat will perform on the Main Stage at Godiva Festival 2024
• Coventry Music may invite unsuccessful applicants to perform on the Next Stage subject to meeting the Coventry Music Hub guidelines for invitation to perform as part of our staging conditions.

Timings for bands and artists:

• 6pm Band/Artist Arrival and Registration (successful applicants only)
• 6.30pm - Heat begins 
• *9pm - 9.30pm - Winner announcement
